Double L Tent Rental is a family owned and operated business. The name Double L Tent Rental has been around for 20 years! Our company strives to provide the exceptional customer service and rental products our customers have come to know and love. Double L Tent Rental aims to make your event the PERFECT EVENT for the PERFECT PRICE, without sacrificing quality service! We treat every customer like they are the only customer because each event is as unique and important to us as it is our customer!


As with any OUTDOOR event here in Western/Central New York, weather, such as wind or lightening, is an unpredictable factor. Double L Tent Rental will do everything possible to make sure you have a festive and safe event. We also provide our customers with an EMERGENCY 24 hour line to call, just incase!


Our large rental inventory consists of many pole and frame tents, three different style of chairs, six different options for tables, three lighting options for your choice of the perfect ambiance for your event, a dancefloor available in a variety of sizes, three different styles of bars in two different size variations, a bandstand available in a variety of sizes, and heaters. Rental prices are PER EVENT or PER WEEK according to the event needs. If the rental items are needed for more than 7 days, we provide the rental items at a discount for the week, or weeks to follow.

Discount Policy consists of:

-Week 2: 50% off Week 1 price
-Week 3: 75% off Week 1 price
-Week 4: FREE
-Repeat discount process for any further weeks necessary

TENTS are typically set up 1 to 2 days in advance of an event date, unless otherwise specified upon event need, with the exception of WEDDINGS which are typically set 2 to 3 days in advance of the event.

All rental prices include:

-Rental item cost
-Delivery and pick-up of rental items, varies based on location
-10% Cleaning fee
-8% Sales Tax
-Tent set-up, where applicable
-Tent take down, where applicable


All rental reservations require a 50% nonrefundable deposit along with a signed customer service agreement in order to secure your rental date and items, with the remaining payment due upon delivery. If there is an emergency situation or a last minute rental, we are flexible and can have you pay in full upon delivery, however, in these last minute cases, we cannot guarantee we will have the rental items available. That is why reserving your rental items is important so we can ensure your items are there for you!

Tent reservations need to be secured 14 days in advance of the event date. All other rental items need to be secured 7 days in advance of the event date. Any orders received in less time than noted will be subject to a 35% LAST MINUTE ORDER charge.

Cancellations made before 7 days of an event are acceptable, however, please note that the deposit will not be refunded. You CAN however receive a VOUCHER from us to have your deposit applied to any future event for the remainder of the current year, and the following year. Any cancellations made 7 days or less in advance of an event will be subject to a 10% service charge that you, the customer, will still be responsible for. This is due to the fact that we have already started to prepare for your rental order that we no longer need. We thank you and appreciate your understanding.
